David Cruz of Blackman Cruz extends the gallery's aesthetic beyond Los Angeles. The rental home, CASA NUEVE is a 4200 sq feet colonial home with three large bedroom suites and panoramic views located in the Balcones Section of San Miguel de Allende. It is a short ten minute walk to the Historic Centro and Jardin.
CASA NUEVE is monumental as well as an intimate environment. It has a spectacular panoramic view of the town and its surroundings. As in Blackman Cruz, the house combines our contemporary BC Workshop line with period pieces. A Bugatti throne, a 17th century confessionary, Mexican modernist & traditional pieces are all part of the collection. The house has six fire places. One in each of the three private bedrooms suites, one in the library, one in front of the jacuzzi and one in the living room. The garden level is private and has a large swimming pool surrounded by a lush garden. There are terraces and private balconies and the entire house enjoys the view with its ever changing light show.
