Our stock changes daily and items do sell out. We will notify you directly in the event that a product is not in stock.

For items not in stock, please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery from the time of purchase.

Unless you have a valid California Resale License or Blackman Cruz has in its possession a bill of lading proving that the item is to be shipped out of state, we must collect 9.5% California State Sales Tax for every item sold.

Maintaining your security is extremely important to us. Your order information is encrypted via SSL technology to prevent it being intercepted while in transit between your browser and our server.

Credit card details are stored encrypted using AES-256 encryption. As a level 1 PCI-DSS compliant service provider we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.

Shipping is not included in the purchase price. Because we sell items smaller than a mouse and larger than an elephant,
it is impossible to automate this service at the time of sale.

Every item is different and every buyer has specific requirements.

Whether you want your item blanket-wrapped or crated, shipped air freight or slow boat, we want to make the shipping process as easy and economical as possible for you.

Once your purchase is finalized, we will contact you to begin making shipping arrangements.
